A lot of concrete problems come down to shortcuts taken before the pour. A slab is only as strong as what sits underneath it. When the base isn’t graded and compacted properly, or the concrete is poured too thin, cracks and settling show up within a few years.
We take the parts you can’t see as seriously as the finish you can. That means checking grade and drainage, compacting the base, using the correct thickness, and adding reinforcement where the job calls for it. It’s less exciting than a smooth finished surface, but it’s the reason concrete lasts.
